- The Founding

1993

The company is founded – Aqua-Line ApS

Aqua-Line ApS is established. This marks the beginning of more than three decades of specialization in selling plastic-based pipe systems – from fittings and valves to welding machines, semi-finished products, and many other components.

- A New Name

2004

We become Plast-Line A/S

Aqua-Line is split into two independent companies, and Plast-Line A/S is established. Focus sharpens on a wide selection of quality products and tailored solutions that meet customers' specific needs.

2008

Employee shares

The ownership circle expands with more employees. Carsten and John have both celebrated their 30th anniversary at Plast-Line and have helped shape the company right from the beginning.

2016

Generational transition

A new chapter takes shape with a generational transition. The company is built to be passed down through generations – with the same core values and long-term approach to partnerships and customers.

PL-Valves is established

PL-Valves is established, expanding the product range. We come even closer to meeting customers' needs and strengthen the range within valves and pipe solutions.

We acquire Gavatec

The acquisition of Gavatec marks an exciting opportunity for all of us. It strengthens our local presence with a large warehouse and workforce, allowing us to continue delivering first-class products and outstanding service to our customers.

30th anniversary and expanded ownership

We celebrate our 30th anniversary and expand the ownership circle. A clear sign of three decades of dedication, development, and strong relationships – many of our partnerships have existed for more than 30 years and ensure a solid value chain with high quality and reliability. The year also marks the construction of our new headquarters in Middelfart.
