BUTTERFLY VALVE CAST IRON/EPOXY, STAINLESS STEEL / EPDM
ABO Type 600 butterfly valve is a concentric valve used for regulating and isolating flow in pipelines. It is designed to operate reliably in a wide range of applications, including gas distribution, potable water supply, HVAC systems, and industrial processes. The valve is suitable for both low- and medium-pressure systems, with pressure ratings up to PN 16 and an operating temperature range from -10 °C to +125 °C.
The valve body is made of ductile iron (G25) and coated with epoxy to ensure high corrosion resistance. The valve disc is manufactured from 1.4408 AISI 316 stainless steel. Sealing is achieved through an internal seat lining made of EPDM.
The valve is designed for installation between flanges in accordance with EN 1092-1 and complies with standards such as EN 558 (series 20) for face-to-face dimensions and EN 12266-1 and ISO 5208 for leak testing. The valve shaft and moving components are made of stainless steel, while the bushings are made from Delrin to ensure long service life and minimal maintenance.
