PL-LEVEL REGULATOR AISI316 - ELECTRIC DRIVE

PL-LEVEL REGULATOR is a unique level regulator for water level control in fish farms. The regulator is a standalone product designed for direct anchoring with bolts onto plane floors.The floor flange contains a powerful O-ring gasket to secure sealing to the floor. The inner pipe of the regular or can be lifted or lowered to obtain the wanted water level. The regulator is available in dimensions ranging from ø400mm to ø1200mm. The regulator is made with a gasket system sealing the inner standard pipe to the outer standard pipe. The regulator is available with an installed top plate, with a gasket securing the regulator at top position to be completely closed and sealed to vacuum. The regulator is designed and manufactured to the customers' requirements of minimum overflow level and regulating area. 3D-model of the regulator is made to the customers' specifications.

All steel components are finished with pickling after manufacturing, for optimal corrosion resistance.

The regulator is delivered with a Linak LA36 actuator. The Linak actuator is always made in Linak’s high corrosion protection finish, where the protection pipe for the spindle and external bolts is made in AiSi316. The actuator has a waterproof rating of IP66 and IP69K. The actuator is provided as a standard with Linak’s WCU basic-steering, which has entrance for extern

steering signal both digitally 24V and analogous 4-20mA. Furthermore, the steering also has override for manual steering opening and closing. Furthermore, the steering has a digital- and analogous output for response of the level regulator position. WCU steering can be delivered with WCU-UPS (battery backup) for opening and closing of the regulator

during a power outage. The system is by standard delivered with a 10m cable between the steering system and actuator.
