CEPEX PP BALL VALVE WITH DOUBLE ACTING PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR
CEPEX PP ball valve with a double-acting pneumatic actuator is a robust and reliable solution for automatic shut-off in industrial piping systems. Made from chemically resistant polypropylene (PP), the valve is particularly suitable for handling aggressive media such as chemicals, process water, and wastewater in industrial and technical installations.
The valve features socket ends and is assembled using socket fusion welding.
The double-acting pneumatic actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing, providing precise and controlled operation, ideal for automated process systems. The actuator is made from corrosion-resistant materials and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The valve is also equipped with double union ends, making it easy to install, maintain, or replace without disassembling the pipeline.
Designed for operating temperatures up to approximately 80 °C, the CEPEX PP ball valve supports integration with control systems via NAMUR interface and accessories such as limit switches and position feedback sensors. It combines chemical resistance, secure welding assembly, and reliable automation in one complete valve solution.
