CEPEX PP BALL VALVE WITH SINGLE ACTING PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

CEPEX PP ball valve with a single-acting pneumatic actuator is a robust and reliable solution for automatic shut-off in industrial piping systems. Made from chemically resistant polypropylene (PP), the valve is particularly suitable for handling aggressive media such as chemicals, process water, and wastewater in industrial and technical installations.

The valve features socket ends and is assembled using socket fusion welding.

The single-acting pneumatic actuator uses compressed air to operate in one direction (typically opening), with a built-in spring return that automatically moves the valve to its fail-safe position (typically closed) in case of air supply failure. This ensures safe and controlled operation, particularly in systems where automatic shut-off is critical for safety or process integrity. The actuator is made from corrosion-resistant materials and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The valve is also equipped with double union ends for easy installation, maintenance, and replacement without needing to dismantle the pipe system. Designed for operating temperatures up to approximately 80 °C, the CEPEX PP ball valve is compatible with control systems via NAMUR interface and accessories such as limit switches and position feedback sensors. It offers a reliable combination of chemical resistance, secure fusion welding, and fail-safe automation.
