STEEL/PP BACKING RING PN10/16 - GREY

A PP-coated flange drilled according to ISO/DIN is a pipe flange made of steel or another supporting material, coated with polypropylene (PP) to achieve high chemical resistance and effective protection against corrosion. The durable PP coating makes the flange ideal for use in demanding and aggressive environments, such as chemical plants, water treatment systems, and industrial process installations.
The flange is drilled according to ISO/DIN standards, meaning that the positioning, number, and dimensions of the bolt holes follow the specifications from ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung). These international standards ensure that the flange fits perfectly with other standardized pipe and flange systems, making assembly and replacement easier.
The flanges are available with the following drilling patterns:

• Sizes up to and including 160 mm: PN10/PN16 drilling
• Sizes from 180 mm to 630 mm: PN10 drilling
  The flanges are designed to fit with butt-weld and electrofusion (Stuk-El) flanges in PE, PP-H, and similar thermoplastic materials. The color of the coating is matched to the pipes and fittings in our PP-H range, ensuring a consistent and professional installation.
